Darul Ihsan University (7th Batch)—A Journey of Pride and Purpose
Darul Ihsan University was the first private university in Bangladesh, recognized and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Established with the vision of providing quality higher education, the university played a pioneering role in shaping private higher education in the country.
As one of the proud graduates of this institution, I, Md. Shahajunnun Ulllah, am honored to share the remarkable journey of our 7th Batch of BBA (Marketing Major). This batch holds a special place in my heart, as it not only gave us an academic foundation but also lifelong memories, friendships, and a sense of responsibility toward our nation.
Admission and Academic Journey
I enrolled in Darul Ihsan University to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in marketing. Our batch was the 7th BBA Batch, consisting of around 70 students in total. Later, the batch was divided into Section A and Section B, and I remained in Section A.
Throughout our academic years, we had the privilege to learn from experienced professors as well as foreign faculty members. Their guidance, modern teaching methods, and industry-oriented approach helped us gain not just theoretical knowledge but also practical insights into the business world.
Bonding and Student Life
One of the most beautiful aspects of our batch was the bond of friendship among all the students.
We worked together on assignments and projects.
We celebrated successes and supported each other during challenges.
We shared a common goal: to complete our graduation successfully and later use our knowledge and skills for the betterment of Bangladesh.
This spirit of unity made our university life unforgettable and set the foundation for long-term professional and personal relationships.
Opportunities Beyond Graduation
Darul Ihsan University provided us with remarkable opportunities, including credit transfer facilities with various universities in Europe and America.
Around 20 students from our batch successfully transferred their credits and continued their higher studies in countries like the UK, USA, and Canada.
The rest of us remained in Bangladesh and completed our degrees here, later pursuing MBA programs either in the same university or in other institutions.
This international exposure made our batch truly global, and today, many of our batchmates are representing Bangladesh across different parts of the world.
Professional Achievements of the 7th Batch
We take immense pride in saying that our batch has produced talented professionals who are now serving in various sectors at national and international levels.
Some of our batchmates are working in government institutions, representing Bangladesh at the national level.
Others are excelling in corporate organizations, banks, and multinational companies.
Many of us who live abroad are proudly carrying the flag of Bangladesh and contributing in fields like business, education, healthcare, and IT.
This diversity of achievements reflects the strong academic and moral foundation laid by Darul Ihsan University.
